Three young people have been appointed by STL for their 2013 Sales Development Programme. Tim Hardy, Josh Middleton and Andy Styles beat off stiff competition in a well subscribed recruitment drive to find future sales professionals.
The STL Sales Development Programme is a two year training course that is run in conjunction with a number of STL’s partners, such as Samsung and Vodafone, and covers all aspects of sales from business development and lead generation to negotiation, account management and selling techniques. Whilst one of the new starters has recently graduated, the other two are school leavers who were already working in a commercial environment but were looking for a career in sales with on the job training.
STL’s Managing Director Brendon Cross commented, “The quality of candidates for this year’s Sales Development Programme was exceptional and we are confident that in Tim, Josh and Andy we have three very talented and driven young people who want a professional career in sales. STL has an excellent track record when it comes to training sales professionals this investment works for the company as well as for the successful candidates.”
