With 55,000 customers travelling with Mark Warner every year, the company has invested in a Mitel 3300 IP Communications Platform (ICP) and Mitel Teleworking solution to help streamline its communications. This investment will improve the support available to its mobile workforce and enable the company to communicate more cost-effectively and efficiently.
Using Mitel’s Teleworker solution, employees will benefit from the flexibility to work from any of the travel company’s London offices, at home, on the road or from one of its many hotels with all the functionality and features they would benefit from in the office.

An IP infrastructure will give the company the flexibility to add users as the business grows and provides greater control over call-handling and enables the add-on of applications and cost-savings on toll-free calls to international hotels.
