SuperTooth, manufacturer of hands-free car kits and portable accessories worldwide, will showcase its industry-leading line of Bluetooth accessories at MWC 2012 – the Disco2, Crystal and Melody – which first debuted at CES in Las Vegas this past January.

“SuperTooth devotes a lot of time and passion into the creation of its products to ensure each piece encompasses first-class design, aesthetics and functionality,” said Yves Le Reun, Vice President of Sales & Marketing. “With a presence in more than 40 countries, SuperTooth has sold more than 6 million devices worldwide, reaching a 45% market share worldwide in 2011 in the Bluetooth speakerphone space.”

The Disco2, SuperTooth’s fresh new take on its wildly popular Disco, is a portable, rechargeable speaker featuring an avant-garde design, more compact footprint and the same stellar sound quality consumers have come to expect from SuperTooth. Users can stream music wirelessly from any cell phone, tablet, computer or mp3 player supporting Bluetooth A2DP to a single or duelling pair of Disco2s. A single Disco2 kicks out 16 watts RMS audio power, with a high efficiency subwoofer and two speakers, producing an even more powerful 360° surround sound. Users can pair their first Disco2 with a second Disco2 for a right-left stereo effect with twice as much output (32 watts), via SuperTooth’s unique new technology that provides left speaker / right speaker functionality for an intense full range sound. Available in alternative colors for the first time ever, the Disco2 is not to be missed. Disco2 will tentatively be available end of Q1 2012 for $99.

Crystal – SuperTooth’s newest introduction to its Bluetooth speakerphone line – will also be on display at MWC. Featuring an ultra sleek and slim design, Crystal will attach to a car’s sun visor via a durable, magnetic clip allowing for instant hands-free calling capability for any type of vehicle. Featuring automatic pairing and multi-point technology connecting up to 2 phones simultaneously, Crystal will provide up to 20 hours of hands-free talk time (40 days of stand-by) with a 3 hour charge of its lithium ion battery. On iPhones, the Crystal will display the battery level remaining on the screen, and Crystal will also stream music directly from all Bluetooth A2DP-enabled phones as well as announces turn-by-turn navigation from a Bluetooth A2DP-enabled smartphone. Crystal also supports voice recognition dialing for phones equipped with this feature. Drive safely and in style with Crystal, available in alternative colors for the first time. Crystal will tentatively be available end Q1 2012 for $69.

SuperTooth’s Melody is a rechargeable set of headphones boasting superior sound quality and a foldable, adjustable design making it ultra compact. Melody comes equipped with an omni-directional microphone allowing users to stream music and phone calls via Bluetooth, and all of the controls – play / pause / stop / previous track / next track – can be controlled directly on the headset itself for the ultimate in hands-free convenience. Per 2.5 hour charge of its 240 mAh lithium ion battery, Melody can provide talk times up to 9 hours or music play up to 7.5 hours. Melody will be available early April in a variety of colors for $99.

Also on display will be the Disco – the only portable speaker on the market to wirelessly stream 28 watts of explosive sound – and the HD – awarded a CES Innovations Honoree for being the most powerful, socially-optimized Bluetooth speakerphone on the market with a cutting-edge design.
