The Suzy Lamplugh Trust, a UK charity specialising in Personal Safety and Lone Worker Protection, has listed Romex in its Lone Worker Device Directory.

The Directory lists the best products that are available to lone workers on the UK market. Romex’s Lone Worker Protection will be the only product on the list that is available as a mobile phone solution.

The Suzy Lamplugh trust was founded in honour of Suzy Lamplugh, a 25 year old estate agent who disappeared in 1986 after she went to meet an unknown client. Her parents, Paul and Diana, founded the Suzy Lamplugh trust to highlight the risks people face and to offer advice, action and support to minimise those risks.

Jason Laight, sales director at Romex, said: “Recognition from an organisation such as The Suzy Lamplugh Trust is very important to us as they are renowned for their work in Personal safety and have built an incredibly prestigious reputation in this field.

“We hope our Lone Worker Protection Solution, will enable more and more people to feel safe at work, in keeping with The Suzy Lamplugh Trust’s mission to raise awareness of the importance of personal safety.”
