Based on a value-for-money, value-added, quality service, Swains Telecom grew steadily until Swains Voice & Data plc was formed in 2002. Since then, the company has more than doubled in size and continues to grow steadily. By providing inbound and outbound call solutions, being a BT Wholesale Service Provider, and providing data services, Swains is a one-stop-shop for all fixed line and data requirements for businesses.
Swains only supply products through a network of independent service providers. This route to market ensures service providers who offer a wide range of quality solutions also maintain high quality 'local' management at the interface with the end user.
