NSHousing, formerly known as North Somerset Housing, relocated from Clevedon to Portishead, near Bristol, and needed a new communications system that could be linked to its existing satellite offices.
Following a formal tendering process, South West Communications Group were awarded the contract and provided NSHousing with an Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX Enterprise voice communications system, a Cisco-based data network, along with South West Communications Group’s call routing service to provide their 175 users with a single communications solution.
South West Communications Group’s managing director Harry Langley said: “We were delighted to be awarded the contract with NSHousing and have strived to provide a communications system that will not only boost its service to its clients but will also save them money too.
