Founder and board member Dr. Ralf Ebbinghaus will become CEO of Swyx Solutions AG. He replaces current CEO Dr. Wolfgang Schroeder, the 67 year old founding father of the Dortmund based unified communications specialist, who will initially stay as a member of the Executive Board, until entering full retirement at the end of June.
From long-time board member to CEO
Dr. Ralf Ebbinghaus looks back on his 14-year tenure on the Swyx Board. "I thank Wolfgang Schroeder, not only for the years side by side, in which we have established Swyx as a market leader but also look forward to my new role and the opportunity to continue this success story into the future," says Ebbinghaus. "We have the ideal portfolio to meet both the future software and hardware demands of the market.” As well as being CEO, he will continue to be primarily responsible for sales, marketing and service.
