Swyx Announces New ‘Go to Market’ Strategy

Swyx is to adopt a ‘go to market’ strategy in the UK, with the appointment of single fulfillment partner, IPIT Limited. The company will be responsible for supplying and supporting the pure software based UC solution SwyxWare to existing and prospective Swyx resellers.

Marco Crueger, Director Sales at Swyx explains the rationale behind the move, “We wanted to simplify our channel strategy and provide a more attractive offering to existing and potential UK partners. With IPIT, we have a trusted partner who has an experienced team that already has a broad knowledge of Swyx, so not only can they supply product they can also offer technical support, training, project management and installation services. In addition, the change in policy will enable us to get closer to our resellers and offer them more attractive pricing and margin opportunities.”
