IP PBX vendor Swyx has announced a new customer led user-group created to provide expertise, advice and first hand experience of using Swyx’s software-based IP telephony solutions.
The Swyx Trusted Advisor Group (TAG) will hold regular meetings in the UK and Germany with the objective of sharing common technical, market and product knowledge in an independent environment, that will assist members get the best use from their current and future Swyx implementations.
Global SVP of Sales & Marketing at Swyx, Ralf Ebbinghaus comments on the new initiative, “In order to provide continuous innovative advances and shape the future of our product line, it is vitally important that we receive high quality feedback and opinions from our customers and channel partners. There is no substitute for this type of information, which is highly valued because it gives us frank and open comments directly from both our sales partners and customers, large and small. It is thanks to both these groups that Swyx has tripled its sales revenues over the last 2 years.”
The forum currently comprises 20 members who have been selected on their particular experience, expertise and special know-how. Swyx will host its next ‘TAG’ meeting in London during September 2007.
