Patrick Copping, who has a number of years experience in the telecoms market, will be supporting UK Swyx partners and distributors to assist them selling Swyx products. Before joining Swyx, Patrick ran a telecoms & data reseller for two years. Prior to running his own business, Patrick managed the utilities and distribution divisions for a major UK systems integrator. Previously, he spent a number of years as a sales director for a distributor of contact centre and telephony applications software. Patrick started his career with BT in their call centre division.

Matt Dibben has been appointed Channel Manager for the UK where he will assist in the recruitment and growth of Swyx resellers in the UK's voice and convergence channel to facilitate effective business development. Matt brings with him 10 years experience in the IT industry including sales consultant for both the SME and enterprise sector, working for the likes of Omnetica and specialising in the design, supply and support of LAN/WAN infrastructures, IP security, IP telephony, managed services and outsourcing contracts.
