Swyx Surges Ahead With Impressive Q2 Results

IP PBX vendor Swyx has announced its Q2 2007 results showed an increase in its core markets of over 21% on its Q1 results, with key growth areas in Germany, UK, Netherlands and Scandinavia.

Swyx CEO Guenter Junk commented, “We are delighted with the results that reflect the continued demand for software-based IP telephony and Swyx’s ability to meet the current and anticipated demands of end-users. In line with demand, our commitment to both customers and sales partners is to continue with a major investment in product developments in areas such as FMC (Fixed Mobile Convergence) and hosted offerings. These results demonstrate how this strategy is paying dividends for both our sales partners and customers who can count on Swyx as a communications platform that will continue to evolve as they do.

“Our success during this period was also recognised by third parties including Germany’s Internet industry association ‘ECO’ which recognised Swyx’s work in the hosted arena, with the ‘ASP business customer of the year’ award, recognised within the industry as the equivalent of the ‘Internet Oscars’. This again demonstrates that we are on the right course for further growth and development during the remainder of 2007.”
