SYNETY Integrates CloudCall Click with Google’s Gmail

SYNETY has introduced CloudCall Click for Gmail, a unique service that seamlessly integrates voice calling and recording functions with Google’s Gmail email service.

CloudCall Click for Gmail is a free connector included in the CloudCall Click service, which is available at £10 per user, per month. Now available on Google’s App Store, the solution allows users to make calls faster, and store and replay call recordings within Gmail – making it ideal for sales or service environments. Calls are delivered back to a range of devices, including a deskphone, mobile or even a VoIP phone.

The service also offers ultra-low outbound call costs at wholesale rates of 0.75p per minute for UK landline numbers and 2p per minute for UK mobiles, enabling organisations to slash their overall communications costs.
