SYNETY has announced the release of its Automated Call Distribution and Dialler technology known as CloudCall Campaigns.
CloudCall Campaigns is a communications solution that can be used for managing inbound calls and automating outbound call campaigns. The solution is available as an enhancement to CloudCall Contact Centre and will provide customers with the opportunity to greatly increase their productivity and sales activity.
Comprising of several features including:
•An automated outbound progressive dialler
•Inbound automatic call distribution
•Campaign specific reporting and real-time dashboards
These new features aim to enhance the business’s performance by providing innovative technology that will allow them to provide a better customer experience through improved call handling and resource management.
