New collection of channel solutions – integrated into the UK’s largest Next Generation Network (NGN) – launches in London today
Following recent research from TalkTalk Business which revealed that 83 per cent of resellers believe the cloud presents a huge opportunity for their business, the provider has today unveiled its complete portfolio of new hosted solutions at its ‘Hosting: The Future of Business Grade Communications’ conference in London.
The education seminar for channel partners, at the Grand Connaught Rooms in Covent Garden, will officially launch the new product offering by providing a comprehensive overview and demonstration of each of the four propositions, which includes:
Hosted Contact Centre – allows businesses to integrate and manage calls and agents across multiple sites in a virtual contact centre environment.
Hosted UC – A fully managed unified communications service that provides a Quality of Service guarantee with no capital expenditure. Hosted UC is reliable, secure and easy to brand and deploy.
Hosted Call Recording – A fully managed, secure call recording solution that helps support PCI compliance.
Hosted Data Centre –A highly scalable, secure and resilient modular data centre campus with next generation network connectivity.
Each solution in the portfolio – promising resilient and reliable delivery over TalkTalk Business’ NGN – has been developed with end-user appeal in mind, offering enterprise-class functionality whilst promising easy, quick integration within an existing infrastructure. Each presents possible recurring revenue streams, as resellers retain management of a solution, as well as opportunities to cross-sell with high margin complementary solutions.
