Windsor Telecom has appointed Anthony Lacey as its chief operating officer. Lacey joins the company’s executive team and will be responsible for customer service and will lead on product development.
Pete Tomlinson, CEO of Windsor Telecom, explained, “Having worked with Anthony previously, I can’t think of anyone better to lead our operational teams. His experience in managing large transformation projects alongside his love for leading and inspiring teams makes him the perfect fit to join our leadership team as the company continues its growth and diversification.

Lacey has a 25-year career in the IT and communications sector, including as transformation and portfolio director for TalkTalk where he led large customer projects, systems change programmes, and the integration of numerous acquisitions.
