TalkTalk’s Anthony Lacey joins Windsor Telecom

Windsor Telecom has appointed Anthony Lacey as its chief operating officer. Lacey joins the company’s executive team and will be responsible for customer service and will lead on product development.

Pete Tomlinson, CEO of Windsor Telecom, explained, “Having worked with Anthony previously, I can’t think of anyone better to lead our operational teams. His experience in managing large transformation projects alongside his love for leading and inspiring teams makes him the perfect fit to join our leadership team as the company continues its growth and diversification.

“With five generations now working side-by-side, it’s more important than ever that we provide easy and straightforward tech solutions to our customers; Anthony’s background will ensure that we keep the people who actually use our tech every day at work front and centre of our plans.”

Lacey has a 25-year career in the IT and communications sector, including as transformation and portfolio director for TalkTalk where he led large customer projects, systems change programmes, and the integration of numerous acquisitions.

Lacey added, “The opportunity here is evident as we continue to diversify our product portfolio across communications, connectivity and IT services at speed. With Windsor’s renowned reputation for customer service and our mission to make technology easy and enjoyable we have a real opportunity to be a different kind of technology provider – one that businesses love working with and come to for an exceptional experience and straightforward solutions.”
