Exeter based Taurus Clearer Communication are the latest communications provider to join the rapidly growing number of UK partners to select Wildix as their UC&C vendor.
Ian Rowan, UK Channel Manager “We are really pleased to be working with a company like Taurus Clearer Communication. We have been talking to each other for many months but for a company this size it’s no easy process to just start selling a new solution, from sales through to provisioning and every step between, it means training and support; together we have put in place a plan to ensure that the introduction of the product is a successful one”
Jonathan Sawyer, Managing Director, said “it’s been 25 years since we introduced a new voice vendor into our portfolio therefore this has been no easy decision; however the way people communicate has changed and the Wildix product is very strong in its abilities to integrate with our IT services, but also simple to use so it made the decision easier for us. It’s also about managing the relationships with our existing vendors as we have been working with them for many years and need to ensure that our progression into a new relationship does not impact on those, but complements our growth.”
Taurus Clearer communication who operate their own UK wide data network along with industry leading, Tier 3, BS7799 compliant data centres have worked with Wildix to guarantee end to end quality of service. This will provide customers with the quality that they have come to expect from all solutions provided by Taurus Clearer Communication.
“Wildix and WebRTC is a great addition to our portfolio, just like any network solution it’s reliant on connectivity to ensure the user experience is of the upmost standard, and it was vital that we were able to work with a vendor that could offer us the high quality standards that our customers have come to expect” Richard Whybra – Technical Director.
Wildix started recruiting UK based resellers in quarter four last year and have recently been recognised as “one to watch” within the industry.
UK Channel Manager, Rob Loakes added, “it’s great that an established partner such a Taurus have chosen Wildix as an addition to their portfolio, as Jonathan highlighted it’s a decision that has not come easily but testament to the strength of our solution. We are really looking forward to working with their sales team and introducing their customers to our WebRTC Offering.”
Rob Loakes was recently interviewed at Channel Live on the Comms Business live stream.
