The agreement provides TDAzlan, and its network of channel partners, the ability to meet the growing demand for Avaya solutions. TDAzlan will provide specialist channel development support for Avaya partners; will broaden Avaya’s UK coverage by the recruitment of new partners, and will leverage Avaya’s Connect partner program to help guide new partners into the substantial opportunity for Avaya within both the enterprise and mid-market sectors.
The UK contract extends TDAzlan’s existing EMEA distribution agreement with Avaya, as TDAzlan already works with Avaya in Austria, Germany, Norway, Portugal, Spain and Switzerland.

The agreement with Avaya further advances TDAzlan’s ambition to become the distribution partner of choice for advanced solutions in key growth areas of the market and is an excellent compliment to support TDAzlan’s success in driving unified communications into the channel.

TDAzlan says it is investing in a dedicated Avaya team which will sit within its Unified Communications Business Unit, headed by Unified Communications Director Joel Chimoindes. The team will provide the highest levels of pre and post sales technical support, product and technical training and demand generation, helping Avaya partners to develop their business.
