TDAzlan, the enterprise division of Tech Data, having recently invested to provide pre-sales consultancy services on behalf of its partners, is ready to start working with more resellers to help them build their unified communications business.
The company says the services, delivered by specialist Solution Architects, are designed to support the unified communications channel, encompassing areas such as virtualisation, video collaboration (end-points and infrastructure), IP telephony, LAN / WAN technologies (including wireless and mobile data), Microsoft OCS, full network infrastructure readiness reviews, and both Microsoft and Open Source operating systems.
