TelcoSwitch has announced the launch of a new software-as-a-service (SaaS) communications platform that enables organisations to centralise communications channels.
3Sixty can improve the inbound customer experience by bringing together voice, email and social media, alongside customer service, e-commerce, marketing and pipeline management.
