TelcoSwitch launches 3Sixty customer experience platform

TelcoSwitch has announced the launch of a new software-as-a-service (SaaS) communications platform that enables organisations to centralise communications channels.

3Sixty can improve the inbound customer experience by bringing together voice, email and social media, alongside customer service, e-commerce, marketing and pipeline management.

Russell Lux, CEO of TelcoSwitch, said, “Delivering a true omnichannel customer experience that transcends the traditional contact centre is something we’ve been working towards for the last two years. 3Sixty can also be integrated with ecommerce solutions, accounting packages, marketing platforms and cloud office services. Available integrations include Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Xero, MailChimp, Office 365, Microsoft Dynamics, and Salesforce.
