Long established UK based call centre solutions provider Telecom Applications have today announced that they are renaming and rebranding as TouchStar Call Centre Software.
The outbound call centre specialists have for a number of years been the exclusive value added UK reseller for TouchStar, a rapidly growing Denver based software developer who serve over 2,500 businesses on six continents.
The name change has been made to reflect the core offerings provided by the company and a further affirmation of the relationship between the UK and US based operations. Existing service provision to customers will remain unchanged.
