TeleWare, a provider of communications solutions for mobile and distributed workers, today announced an agreement with Research In Motion that enables TeleWare to sell BlackBerry smartphones, software and technical services including BlackBerry Enterprise Server as part of the new TeleWare Mobile and TeleWare Mobile Compliance services.
“Many businesses are using BlackBerry smartphones today, so being able to support the end to end BlackBerry solution is important to our channel,” explained Steve Haworth, CEO at TeleWare. “Our services include both call recording and SMS auditing for FSA compliance, and we’re pleased to bring them to BlackBerry smartphone users along with a full range of BlackBerry data services,” added Haworth.
“One of the differentiators of our offering is that users can select their handset of choice and purchase it at the best price point in the market rather than being tied into the service provider,” explained Lesley Hansen, Marketing Director at TeleWare. “This is the same device-independent approach that TeleWare has used successfully with our resellers and their business customers for fixed desk phones and mobile handsets since 1991,” she added.
TeleWare, is a network independent service provider, and is able to provide voice and data services to a broad range of handsets.
