TeleWare has announced that the Virtual Access Service Managed Gateway (SMG) family of CPE appliances has been approved for use with the TeleWare Telephony services.
Following testing in live networks the CPE appliance has been approved for functionality compatible with SIP and the Telephony services provided by TeleWare.
“Technology partners such as Virtual Access enable our channel and system integrators to pull the solution together using components that have approved SIP operability with the TeleWare Platform,” said Peter Orr, Sales Director for TeleWare Plc. “TeleWare pursue a policy of testing with and supporting a range of third party hardware including access routers, SIP handsets and servers to ensure customers and channel partners have choice regarding the hardware configuration used to support the TeleWare software applications and hosted services,” added Orr.
