TeleWare Gains Triple Competencies in Microsoft Partner Program

TeleWare has made a successful transition to the new Microsoft Partner Program with three completed competencies covering areas of data management, networking infrastructure and custom development solutions.

TeleWare has been developing and deploying application on Microsoft platforms for over 15 years and achieving these new competencies is part of TeleWare’s strategic commitment to maintain close links with Microsoft.

TeleWare retains its Microsoft Certified Partner status, which it has held for 14 years, with these three additional competencies. To gain accreditation, TeleWare is required to maintain a depth of Microsoft Certified Professionals with qualification in specific areas and provide three customers per competency to act as references for the solution provided. The triple competency rating reflects TeleWare’s range of expertise and large established enterprise customer base.

“Customers are looking for suppliers that can bridge the gap between their business demands and technology capabilities. They need to be confident there are people within the organisation that can fulfil their needs and deliver working solutions”, said Richard Holland, TeleWare Product Manager.

“We welcome the new Partner Program which is not just about how many Microsoft licences you can sell to indicate your status, but provides a guide to potential customers as to the skill set held by a particular partner. This is essential in the area of solution provision,” added Holland.

As part of the competencies, TeleWare has also gained two specialisations that reflect specific areas of expertise; these are Data Management and Web Development.
