TeleWare, the provider of communications solutions for mobile and distributed workers, has announced the immediate availability of call recording on the TeleWare SIP Trunking services from its Hosted Communications platform.

This new capability is in addition to the free resilience capabilities we added to our Trunks last year. It makes the TeleWare SIP Trunking solution probably the best value-for-money option for UK business, and so meets our company objectives,” added Haworth.
The call recording capability being provided means that all calls are automatically recorded without requiring any user intervention. In line with the TeleWare policy of providing all hosted service customers with access to all new capabilities, call recording can be activated by our resellers for calls passing through any TeleWare SIP Trunk, both new and existing. Recordings can be accessed from the TeleWare secure web-based application.
TeleWare call recording solutions are available with three levels of security. Business Call Recording provides a call recording service for normal business use. Secure Call Recording enhances this service with secure tamper evident storage to FSA standards and Encrypted Call Recording further enhances the Secure Call Recording beyond FSA standards with encrypted data storage and delivery.
