TeleWare Invests in New Partner Demo Suite in London

TeleWare, the provider of communications solutions for mobile and distributed workers, has announced that they have opened a new demonstration and meeting room in London’s Telecity Harbour Exchange offices which is fully bookable by any accredited UK partner.

Set in the heart of London's docklands, the new suite provides a showcase for the entire TeleWare portfolio, including the latest TeleWare Mobile and FSA Compliance products, in a professional yet cutting edge environment within easy reach of London city professionals.

Harbour Exchange is a nine acre landmark freehold estate built in 1989 incorporating a 482,950 sq ft office tower (known as Exchange Tower or 1 & 2 Harbour Exchange) and the adjacent Harbour Island. It is well located to the south of the Canary Wharf Estate, adjacent to the South Quay DLR station and a short walk from Canary Wharf underground station.

The TeleWare demonstration facility is preconfigured to enable effective Administrator training of TeleWare inbound call management and is collocated with the TeleWare Docklands data centre, providing the opportunity for partners and customers to view the facility with guided tours by prior arrangement.

“TeleWare is an innovative and unique company. Opening our HEX based facility in London reflects our awareness that the more advanced features of our products are best demonstrated rather than simply described. The ease of use and simplicity of operation can be a surprise when considering the complexity of the processes and systems being implemented to maximise the effective use of voice in business,” explains Steve Haworth, CEO for TeleWare plc, “we realise that our channel partners need a highly accessible and well equipped demonstration and meeting facility in the capital which will help them close more deals.” The new office can also be booked for training days and will be used for new product demonstrations and press and analyst meetings.
