TeleWare Signs Further Collaboration Deals

TeleWare has announced a new collaboration with Interoute to provide Telephony Applications to both SME and large enterprise customers throughout Europe. This collaboration provides TeleWare with reach into Europe and addresses the demands of the multi national market place.

“By signing this strategic relationship with Interoute, TeleWare is proceeding along the strategy announced earlier this year to extend our offering into Europe,” said Peter Orr, Sales Director of TeleWare Group Plc. “Interoute has both the technical expertise and widespread coverage to enable us to deliver and support telephony applications for both multi national companies and SME through local partners throughout Europe,” added Orr.

At the Comms Business Magazine Convergence Summit 2006 the then newly appointed TeleWare Sales Director Peter Orr also signed a hosted IP PBX agreement with Global Crossing.

TeleWare had in fact a fantastic show; as well as the Global Crossing deal they also signed up a number of resellers including John Sargood’s Rise Voice and Data and Edge Solutions, extended the hosted solutions agreement with HashNine to cover new services and identified fourteen other resellers that wanted to take discussions to the next level.

In the near future, TeleWare and Interoute expect to announce formal agreements with at least 6 network partners in mainland Europe. The collaboration with Interoute provides local country support for customers as well as “on-the-ground” technical staff required to service European customer needs. This delivery infrastructure allows TeleWare to provide and support both hosted, managed service and customer-installed solutions, backed by appropriate service level agreements Europe wide.

“Each customer has unique requirements. With this joint approach we are able to provide customers with the applications, the wide area network, the skill-set, the experience and the commitment to ensure that every customer project is a success - from pre-sales consultancy through to installation & testing, user training, final deployment and on-going support ,” said Eleanor Johnson, Head of Channels for Interoute Communications Ltd. “With the variety of service options we provide, we are able to support both SME and large enterprise ensuring we offer the customer best value solutions with the choice of service they need.”
