TeleWare has announced new channel services to compliment their new TT-Zero product announcement. These services are being delivered to accredited channel partners to help them sell through the credit crunch.
TeleWare announced this week the Samsung Hosted Communications TT-Zero packages which will enable customers to move to hosted communications at zero cost and zero risk. The obvious question for the channel is, if it is free, what is in it for them? Lesley Hansen, Marketing Director for the TeleWare Group, claims it is going to help them win business during the credit crunch as the attraction of OPEX-based telephony services rather than CAPEX-based purchases is stronger than ever,
“The key to understanding the channel proposition on TT-Zero is the information we have that customers are hesitant to move to hosted services because they are not confident of the quality of service they will be getting. TT-Zero allows customers to try hosted telephony services at zero risk and zero cost. Once the customer is confident of the service they will be getting and understands the benefits of the hosted opportunity, our channel partners will be able to sell additional applications and onsite hardware to complement the hosted IP Centrex connection,” explained Hansen.
The additional partner services complement the existing channel development support which includes one-to-one partner workshops, to establish how best to bring the product to market, and ongoing free marketing services for email campaigns, collateral co-branding and event support. “These free services are designed to ensure we are providing the support need by our most committed partners and that they are being given everything needed to sell,” explained Hansen.
The Partners’ Hosted Communications Price and Design Configuration Tool has been enhanced to provide options of 3 and 5 year leasing on all on-premise components required to support a hosted implementation and to provide information on the commission available to partners for any given project. TeleWare’s ability to secure favourable lease terms on a hosted service is a clear reflection on the financial strength of the company.
TeleWare is also now offering all Samsung Hosted Communications Resellers the 1st and 2nd line Support & Billing services previously only offered to Partners. This enables new and growing Resellers who wish to provide their own support, installation, services and self-sourced approved hardware to bring product to market quickly, without the need to increase internal skills or resources.
In addition, TeleWare has scheduled a series of free monthly seminars for partners and end users to enable customers to grow awareness amongst their audience. These seminars include live demonstrations of the applications available and have so far been very well attended.
