Telindus, an expert in delivering vendor-independent business and technology-focused network solutions and services, today announced that it was named Reseller of the Year at last week’s Comms Business Awards. Telindus won for its innovative approach to ICT deployment, which is demonstrated by their installation at New College Durham (NCD), where voice, data and video surveillance was integrated onto a single network, bringing greater flexibility and operability for the College.
The Comms Business awards recognise excellence in the channel, and entries are assessed by an independent panel of judges made up of esteemed industry professionals and consultants. The Reseller of the Year award is for companies with a turnover of £5m or over.
“These awards demonstrate the important role of the channel in bringing business value and operational benefit to organisations, whether in the private or public sector,” commented Mark Hutchinson, UK Managing Director at Telindus. “The strong working partnership we have with our customers, such as New College Durham, means that we are able to develop a solid understanding of their business challenges and how we can meet these. We are delighted at winning this award as it proves our strategy is driving us, and our customers, in the right direction.”
Ian Hunter, Editor Comms Business Magazine and Chairman of the Comms Business Awards judging panel, commented, “In a tightly contested category Telindus won out with the judges who considered their resource intensive approach to securing business a winning formula.”
