IP PBX vendor Mitel has announced award winning recruitment agency, Eden Brown has deployed a Mitel IP solution to help consolidate its telephony system.
Having gone through a period of intensive growth Eden Brown needed to consolidate its six regional offices which operated on a number of phone systems.
Telinet, Mitel Platinum Solution Provider, recommended the Mitel 3300 IP Communications Platform (ICP), Mitel Enterprise Manager and the Mitel Teleworker Solution.
Eden Brown gradually migrated sites over to the Mitel 3300 IP Communications Platform (ICP) over a period of time and now has four sites running on IP and two on TDM. The network between the sites has improved the infrastructure management and calls can now be controlled centrally or online with the Mitel Enterprise Manager. Cost savings are also made, as internal calls between offices are now free.

As part of a long-term development plan Telinet are working closely with Eden Brown to ensure the Mitel IP solution is maximised to provide the company with business process and customer service improvement. Two areas, which are currently being explored, include the Mitel Mobile Extension and the Mitel Live Business Gateway.
