Managed billing service provider Tempest Technology has announced that it had agreed terms that facilitate the collaborative marketing of the Strategic Imperatives EMP Solutions suite for WLR3.
Under the agreement both companies are working closely together to provide a unified marketing approach and technical solution for Tempest’s existing customers and other communication providers that are looking to gain competitive advantage by adopting WLR3.
Strategic Imperatives EMP Solutions Suite provides comprehensive back-end integration APIs and a highly advanced web based assurance and fulfillment portal which enables communications providers to rapidly and effectively adopt the next generation WLR3 products from Openreach and offer their own branded communication services.
The solution compliments Tempests existing portfolio that now supports order management, provisioning and billing activity for communication providers of all sizes.
Tempest Director, Tim Sayer said, “this agreement demonstrates our commitment to providing best of breed solutions to our customers. Being the first company outside of BT Retail to go live on EMP for WLR3, Strategic Imperatives has a wealth of experience and knowledge and are ideally positioned to take our customers through establishment with Openreach”.
Commenting on the announcement, Strategic Imperatives Managing Director Wail Sabbagh said “Today’s agreement leverages technologies from both companies and sets the pace in providing a proven, feature rich and highly integrated WLR3 solution to Communication Providers.”
