TFM Announce Restructure

Following the successful acquisition of managed IT services provider, Waveworks Ltd in 2013, TFM Networks have announced details of a major internal restructure. The move has seen the business only voice and data network specialists double their sales team as well as office space at their Aylesbury HQ.

The restructure also coincides with the formation of the TFM Group which will see TFM Networks operating alongside Waveworks as a brand of the Group.

Commenting at the official launch of the TFM Group where Group Chairman Tom Yates outlined the Group’s long term objectives, TFM Networks CEO Stewart Yates explained, “As a Group, we have ambitious plans for further growth. In addition to investing heavily in new product and solution development, it is essential we also make significant investment in our people to ensure we have the specialist skills and experience to provide our partners with the support their businesses need.”

Tom Yates added “2014 promises to be a very exciting year for TFM. It is with great pleasure and excitement that we welcome Alison Greensmith (pictured) as Group Sales and Marketing Director, Tim Metcalfe as Group Finance Director, Rob Stevens as Director of Customer Services and Keith Harvey as Head of Sales”

Having previously held a non-executive board position at TFM and with more than 20 years’ of sales and sales management experience, Alison Greensmith has taken up the role of Group Sales and Marketing Director. Alison will be responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing function as well as growing new business.

Chartered Accountant, Tim Metcalfe joins as Group Finance Director where he will oversee all Group finance activity. Prior to a series of interim advisory roles, Tim was Finance Director for Cranberry Foods where he was integral in its successful disposal to Faccenda in 2012.

New Director of Customer Services, Rob Stevens joins TFM from an ISP where he held the role of Head of Customer Services. With 15 years’ experience in the ISP and IT support service industry Rob’s primary focus is to strengthen service further across the TFM group as well as ensuring all customer relations are maintained.

Keith Harvey also joins TFM as Head of Sales, Partners and Channel, with a wealth of experience having undertaken numerous key roles throughout his 20 years’ in the telecoms industry. Keith has worked for a selection of companies representing most facets of the electronic vendor chain, including several Siemens PLC Business Unit Board Level positions.
