Sir Alex made a fitting departure by lifting the Premier League trophy on behalf of his team, and trophies were in huge abundance at the recent Bucks CC presentation event which was held at their Stoke Mandeville club. TFM’s Managing Director, Stewart Yates was delighted to be invited to present the awards to the diminutive players. But what they lacked in stature, they made up for with an abundance of enthusiasm and pride.
Bucks CC football club was formed back in 1930 and consists of teams of all age levels for both boys and girls from under 8’s to under 16’s with a full senior first squad. The Under 8 team has been established since September 2012 under the management of Matt Donaldson, Channel Manager at Channel Telecom. The team train every Saturday come rain or shine and are part of the South Bucks Mini Soccer Conference league.
TFM Networks are the teams’ main sponsor and also their kit sponsor. Stewart Yates, Managing Director of TFM Networks comments, “We were keen to get involved in the club and show our support for the local community. The aim of the matches that take place within the under 8’s league is that the young players can learn and gain experience and enjoyment within a non- competitive environment and this is something we strongly support.”
