The hyperlocal approach to business development

In this episode of Comms Business Live, our editor Charlotte Hathway is joined Paul North, head of regional sales at CityFibre. The two discuss the importance of taking a ‘hyperlocal’ approach to business development and the benefits it brings to both partners and their local community.

Paul talks through what is meant by hyperlocal and the successes he has seen from this approach, as well as how CityFibre’s City Champion programme works.
