Paul Nocivelli joins the company from BT Corporate Services where he spent the last 15 years as corporate sales manager for Wales. At BT Paul managed and developed accounts for the company’s corporate division, bringing in large business accounts worth up to £1 million. He was also an integral part of securing a multi-million pound partnership with data centre solutions specialist, Next Generation Data.
At the Word Paul will be responsible for bringing in new business while also developing and building relationships with customers receiving fixed and converged voice solutions.
Speaking of his appointment, Paul said: “I’m excited to join the Word at such a pivotal time in the company’s growth plans and to be a part of the fixed line team from its inception.
“My knowledge of business telecommunications and the skills that I developed during my time at BT will stand me in good stead to grow the new division to its full potential.
“I will be working with SME businesses across south Wales to provide bespoke communication solutions to help them achieve maximum productivity and revolutionise their telecoms services.”
The new offering from the Word will add to its existing partnership with Vodafone. The business is also developing its own billing platform, moving towards customers having one point of contact and one bill for all communications services.
