‘Thevoicefactory’ welcomes Welsh Minister, Edwina Hart MBE, to the Abercynon TAC centre

Wholesale hosted telephony platform provider Thevoicefactory throws open the doors and shares its plans to further develop the new TAC centre at Abercynon, South Wales.

Thevoicefactory is powered by the BroadWorks platform from BroadSoft, creating an environment that accommodates the latest in Unified Communications technology, including HD-quality audio, desktop integration, mobile SIM feature overlay and video call capability.
