Prior to receiving the Comms Channel Award 2006 for Network Operator of the Year THUS held their own annual Channel Partner event at Studley Castle, Warwickshire on 9 May 2006. Around 50 Partners attended for a day of presentations, followed by champagne and strawberries served on the lawn then dinner, and after dinner comedian Raymond Mearns.
Head of Sales Channels at THUS Duncan Wilkinson reported lots of positive feedback from partners for their product strategy and road map which includes high speed Internet and voice over broadband.
THUS also took the opportunity to hand out their 2006 channel awards. Winners included:

Most Innovative Deal – Eurotel for their DSL solutions
Channel sales incentives were won by Soneric Communications and Weald Computers
