Network services company Thus has confirmed its chief executive William Allen recently bought 8,719 shares in the company at 1.1344 stg per share, lifting his stake to 153,385 shares.
The company also said its chief financial officer John Maguire also bought the same number of shares at the same price. Maguire now holds 83,583 shares in the company.
