THUS says its Demon internet service has been nominated by PC Pro readers for the “Best Broadband ISP” award. The Reliability & Service awards are based entirely on readers’ experience and rate companies on their performance over the last 12 months.
Nigel Stevens, Product Director, THUS plc commented: “To be nominated for such a prestigious award, as voted for by users, is a great achievement for our Demon brand, and is clear recognition of our ability to meet customer needs by continually enhancing our product portfolio and following through with service commitments. This is an endorsement of our reputation for excellence and innovation in the ISP community.”
The Reliability & Service Awards are among the most prestigious in the IT industry as they fully reflect the experience of the magazine’s readers. More than 20,000 readers took part to give their verdict on 100,000 products by answering more than 1 million questions. The winners will be announced on the 4th December 2007.
