Thus Launches Network-Based Call Recording Service

Network company Thus has launched Network Call Recording, a network-based call recording service aimed at the UK business market. This innovative service provides a call recording solution not only for the high end corporates, but also in an attractive and affordable form for SMEs.

Thus' Network Call Recording is a powerful yet simple to use call recording solution developed to meet industry, training, compliance and customer service requirements. Where customers need to record, retrieve, grade, filter and store both in-bound and out-bound calls, this online service offers the benefits normally only found in dedicated call centres, without the associated overheads.
