Thus says their next-generation network (NGN) offers a scaleable and resilient infrastructure that will provide UUW with a strong network coverage and direct connection into key operational sites; all fundamental requirements for UUW. As part of the contract, Thus will provide voice, telemetry, outsourced managed solutions and mobile voice and data services, with more than 6,000 voice extensions across 50 sites.
Provision of mobile connectivity through the use of mobile data and BlackBerry devices means that UUW will be able to achieve office-level productivity while staff are travelling or at a customer’s site. Thus’ ability to offer a full suite of products, including mobile services, provides UUW with a single point of contact for all its communications needs. This will enable Thus to deliver an excellent customer service across all areas of UUW’s business, ensuring smooth management of all products and quick resolution of day-to-day issues.
