Timico Launched New Partner Proposition

Timico, the independent communications service provider, has today launched its new channel business, Timico Partners, as the 2010-acquired NewNet rebrands under the Timico banner.

Timico Partners will form a new but distinct organisation with extensive channel expertise from across the Timico group. With a 100% focus on providing converged internet and communications services to Managed Service Providers, IT Value Added Resellers and Telecoms Resellers, Timico Partners says it will make big waves in the current market.

The launch will see a dedicated partner team based in Fareham,Hampshire, offering a fully-trained technical helpdesk, specialist technical engineers, project management, technical pre-sales support and expert assistance from channel business development managers. In addition, Timico Partners will also boast a dedicated partner portal.

Speaking of the launch Timico Partners’ Director of Partner Services, Darren Hilton, said: “By launching Timico Partners we are delivering a fresh approach to the channel for resellers who are ambitious, growing and looking to partner closely with a quality IT and telecoms provider.

“As well as creating bespoke partnership arrangements which reward growth with exclusive incentives and initiatives designed to add real value, we are also passionate about training our partners to be the best in their market. In addition to this we have invested more than £600k in our PartnerEye portal, which makes life easier for our partners by helping them manage their own bespoke ordering, billing and reporting.”

Partners will benefit from Timico’s own national 10Gbps MPLS network, carrier-grade VoIP/SIP platform and Tier 3+ data centre, combined with in-depth expertise to support every technical discipline.
