Timico Reports to its Business Partners

Timico is boosting support for its Business Partners by expanding the resources available through the Timico Business Partner Portal. The new features, including a comprehensive report generating tool and co-branded marketing materials, add to what is already a thorough online extranet resource providing Timico’s Business Partners with a knowledge-base of information on Timico products and services.

The new report feature delivers an ‘at a glance’ graphical summary for a raft of measurables such as ongoing revenue share, ARPU (Average Revenue Per Customer), total connections/disconnections, total billed revenue and average churn rates, to name just a few. The bar chart graphs are generated for all the Business Partners’ Timico services and solutions under the headings of Mobile, Fixed Line, VoIP, Broadband and Hosted Services and enable them regularly and accurately to keep track of how their business with Timico is progressing.

Co-branded direct marketing information sheets enable Business Partners to have a visible profile on Timico marketing materials that may be given out to their existing and prospective customers. Datasheets for Timico services and solutions can be viewed and ordered via the Portal. All a Business Partner needs to do is upload its company logo, contact details and a call to action and Timico will produce high-resolution co-branded pdf document which the Business Partner can either use electronically or print locally. Co-branded materials range from datasheets about Timico’s VoIP for Business and private network services, to IP Voice Line, Timico’s SIP Trunks service and a four page datasheet showcasing Timico’s soft convergence services and hard convergence products.

“The Timico Business Partner Portal is firmly in my ‘favourites’ list and I am on it at least two or three times a day checking my commissions and revenue share or the status of orders. So far everything I need has been available through the Portal and I feel it’s pretty comprehensive/the best I have seen. If I look to see if something I need is on there, I usually find it! The new features on the Timico Business Partner Portal will go live in early December 2007.
