Tiscali ‘Clubs’ Together for Voice Innovation

Resellers on the lookout for new business opportunities and fresh ideas for traditional PSTN replacement services will welcome the news that Tiscali Business Services and Club Communications have signed an agreement to work in partnership.

With Club’s expertise within the traditional voice resale market and Tiscali’s experience, track record and the ability to scale broadband to over 2.6 million customers, companies throughout the UK can expect a fusion of innovation.

Since its formation over ten years ago, Club has built up a wealth of experience in the voice market, providing wholesale network services to telecoms resellers, from order input to end user billing. Like Tiscali Business Services, Club markets and sells its services exclusively through resellers only and therefore has no conflict of interest with its channel customers who deal directly with end users.

Between them, the two companies intend to supply the channel with an array of products and services that are attractive to end users, easy to sell and produce customer loyalty and increased margins for the reseller.

Lewis adds that the agreement with Tiscali is expected to provide Club with “the largest geographic LLU footprint in the UK.”

As well as Voice Ready, the imminent launch of ADSL2+ will allow Tiscali to offer Club the service through its infrastructure across the entire LLU footprint providing Club Partners with up to 16mbs of bandwidth.
