Tollring to Reach Summit

The Convergence Summit South is approaching this October (7th and 8th) and will once again see the Channel congregate and Sandown Park for a two day fest of technology, networking and business deals. As the only 100% Channel focused show resellers will be exposed to technology from a wide variety of companies across the telecoms, IT, mobile and data sectors.

Tollring will showcase the latest iteration (Version2) of iCall Suite (iCS) Online fully integrated multi-tenant call analytics and recording solution, which now includes our cutting edge iCS Detect module to inform both resellers and customers of irregular call behaviour.

Tollring’s unique fully managed cloud call recording and storage solution will also be demonstrated at the Summit, two solutions which add value to channel portfolios without the overhead of support and infrastructure, associated with traditional call recording solutions.

As the industry leading event for the channel, Convergence Summit is the ideal forum to preview/demonstrate iCS Online, which not only complements Tollring’s on-premise portfolio (iCS Desktop), but more importantly widens the market for partners and adds value to their own portfolio of products & services. With the number of resellers adopting Cloud services ever increasing, as well as the number of cloud vendors exhibiting their products/services, this is the ideal place to showcase our applications.

Tony Martino (pictured), MD of Tollring, stated “Our sole route to market for iCall Suite is via the channel, so we deliver a solid channel sales and support offering. Resellers now have the opportunity to sell a solution that every business can benefit from, that delivers a return on their telecoms investment and creates a point of differentiation from competitors. iCS Online is easy to provision and its pay-as-you-use commercial model is highly attractive to resellers and service providers alike.”
