Toople Accelerates Mobile Offering

The newly listed company has announced it is able to accelerate its business mobile telecommunications offering to customers. This has been achieved through the facilitation of two key items: securing mobile services, from o2 and Vodafone, to complement the existing supply with EE. The second is an agreement with Henry Howard Finance plc to assist with the launch.

Toople claim the arrangement with Henry Howard Finance (HHF) ensures they will buy and then offer customers the very latest handsets and therefore can compete with the leading players in the sector. has says it will accelerate its plans to offer businesses a “very competitive mobile service.” Tariffs and advanced contract lengths will be announced in due course.

Andy Hollingworth, CEO for commented: “We are very pleased to be able to accelerate our mobile offerings. Our customers will be in nothing other than a win:win scenario. The relationship with HHF will allow to compete directly and offer the very latest in handheld technology, and including o2 and Vodafone to complement those already secured with EE means will offer a great combination of services to our customers.”

Toople recently raised around £2 million when it listed on the stock exchange last month. HHF will advance the Group a £100,000 cash facility to enable the Group to purchase mobile handsets to offer to its customers without the need to use existing cash resources.

Additionally, leasing arrangements provided by HHF will allow the Group to recover the cost of the handsets shortly after the Group has sold a mobile phone package contract.

As part of the Agreements the Group will also utilise HHF’s automated credit checking and e-sign facilities to allow automation of sales through the website. Mobile Services are expected to be live on the Company’s website around the end of June.
