Top UK operators to support iPad

Vodafone, Orange and O2 have announced that they will offer dedicated iPad price plans for all models from the end of May in Australia, Germany, Italy, Spain and the UK.

The launch of the device has been delayed in the UK by one month, due to high demand for it in the US. Apple is struggling to keep up with orders for the iPad in the US, where is claims to have sold 500,000 of the tablets in the first week of its sale following the launch on 3 April.

The iPad lets users browse the web, read and send email, enjoy and share photos, watch HD videos, listen to music, play games, read ebooks and much more, all using iPad’s revolutionary Multi-Touch user interface.
