Toshiba partner with Voiceflex

Toshiba announced recently its partnership with Voiceflex to build on the momentum its IPedge Communications Server has gained among channel partners. This follows the news about increased shipments of the company’s IPedge products, which grew by 21.1% from Q4 2011 to Q4 2012.

Voiceflex, providing white label commission options to its partners, will help Toshiba to offer enhanced levels of infrastructural support through Stability - the company’s core operating platform. This is spread across three server farms in three seperate data centres, protecting Toshiba customers from single point of failure.

“We pride ourselves on the flexibile and realiable experience IPedge provides our partners,” says Daniel Fuller-Smith, Sales Manager for Toshiba in Europe. “This latest partnership allows us to take our trusted experience and support to the next level. Voiceflex’s strong relationships, which range from data centres, to major ISP partners, allow them to provide both primary and back-up connectivity. This creates another resilient offering in the SIP trunk space for our partners who are looking to embrace our IPedge product.”

“We have an installed base of 25,000 SIP trunks spread across the whole spectrum of the industry, so to gain official recognition of our reliability and resilience from Toshiba adds yet another prestigious string to our bow,” says Paul Taylor, Sales Director at Voiceflex. “IP products continue to be a driving force in the channel, and we’re extremely pleased to be working with a company of Toshiba’s pedigree, and a product as robust as IPedge.”

Toshiba will also embark on a further phase of SIP trunk certifications later this year.
