‘Trade Up with Toshiba 2009’

Toshiba has launched a new programme to allow existing customers to become more competitive with a cost-effective upgrade to the latest Strata CIX communication platform.

‘Trade Up with Toshiba 2009’ allows customers to upgrade to Strata CIX to take advantage of key functionality such as IP telephony, SIP trunking and remote working solutions, without necessarily needing to replace the entire telephone system. What’s more, the cost of upgrading the telephone system has been significantly reduced by Toshiba offering a free license transfer to the new solution.

In addition to the free license transfer, Toshiba is also offering customers a choice of five different 50% discount offers to satisfy their specific requirements. This allows customers to:

Implement an informal or formal call centre with Toshiba’s Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) software, and Net Phone application to integrate back-office databases.

Additionally users will be able to use IP telephony for remote working, IP hot desking or remote handsets in branch offices/shops, implement SIP trunking for reduced call costs, disaster recovery and free calls between sites on the same network as well as network branches together for a centralised telephony solution and feature transparency.

“Toshiba has one of the best reputations in the telecoms market for reliability and customer investment protection,” says Andrew Levey, marketing manager at Toshiba’s Business Communications Division (BCD). “With future proof technology, we ensure that customers can quickly and easily move up to the latest technology, allowing them to take advantage of great new features that will help increase efficiency and customer service, reduce costs and remain competitive. This promotion is designed to further reduce the cost of upgrading to the latest Strata CIX platform, helping our customers remain competitive in the current economic climate.”

‘Trade Up with Toshiba 2009’ is available through participating approved partners of Toshiba’s Business Communications Division (BCD), to existing customers in the UK who have a working Strata DK280, CT or CTX670 installed. Full terms and conditions apply and are available on request from participating partners.
