Against as backdrop of expanding their business at the expense of their competitors, call logging vendor Tri-Line is moving in to larger additional premises in November.
Kay Tobin, Commercial Director at Tri-line told Comms Business Magazine, “The sales and marketing teams will be moving to the new premises we have purchased at Tower Hill, next to News International at Wapping. A new demonstration area will be available for use by resellers as well as dedicated training facilities.
Tobin continued, “Over 28% of UK resellers who have traditionally worked with rival call-logging products have signed up with Tri-Line in the last six months. Voice and data resellers are swapping to Tri-Line’s ‘TIM Professional’ call management solution because it’s quickly downloadable from the internet; it’s easy to install and works with all popular PBXs.
“While so-called competitors battle to play catch-up with ‘TIM Professional’, resellers are voting with their feet and swapping to Tri-Line in droves. Many resellers are finding that they’re actually selling more new PBXs as a direct result of being able to offer a powerful and highly cost-effective call logging product as part of the package.”
Tobin concluded, “But it’s not just the power of the product that’s attracting resellers: more and more channel companies are signing with us because of the market-leading support and partnership approach that comes as standard with Tri-Line.”
