Tri-Line – the call logging company, is reporting an increase of almost 25% in business for their first quarter which ended on 31st Jan 09. The company goes on to add that enquiries and trials of their products are up more than 57% on the same period last year.
Kay Tobin, Commercial Director at Tri-Line states; “The clear message coming through from our reseller community is that the downturn in the economy appears to be the driver for companies seeking increased transparency and improved efficiency. This seems to translating into sales right across the board from small to very large organisations.”
Tri-Line’s internal analysis of market sectors supplied, indicate that those suffering most from the downturn in business are those responsible for the increased business. The recession it would appear, is very good news for the telecoms industry!
